Mix the yeast with 4 TBS of warm water. Make a well in the center of the flour and pour in the water and yeast mixture. Add the Olive Oil, the salt and the remainder of the water. Knead the dough until it is elastic in consistency. Allow to rest for 1 hour. Roll it out on a floured surface, then cut into circles. Place them on an oiled dish and top each with the Pasta Sauce and ½ an Artichoke. Cook for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 350 °F.
