Pour the flour into a large bowl. Add two teaspoonfuls of Carli Pure Olive Oil and a pinch of salt.
Gradually pour in water and continue to mix and knead until you obtain a softly smooth consistency.
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin to obtain a thin layer for each single-portion pie-dish. Before adding the dough, grease the pie-dishes with a touch of Carli Pure Olive Oil. Poke the dough with a fork.
Bake for about 30 minutes in a static oven pre-heated to 180°C. Remove from the oven and add Carli Vegetable Ratatuia to the pastry base. The baked pastry will therefore not lose the consistency and humidity desired.
Oven bake for another 15 minutes before serving.
