Puff pastry roll with pesto sauce
This appetizer is quick to prepare but rich in taste and tradition, thanks to Ligurian Pesto

METHOD

Very thinly spread the Pesto Sauce on the puff pastry. Roll the pastry up.

Place in a freezer for about 10 min. The pastry and Pesto Sauce will slightly harden, facilitating slicing.

Oven bake for 5-10 min. at 180°. Make sure the slices and Pesto Sauce don’t take on a dark colour.
