Pure Olive Oil will make your dough unmatched
METHOD
Grind the dry biscuits and mix these with Pure Olive Oil in order to obtain a dough with a firm consistency. Place this mix in a dish lined with oven paper, and place in a refrigerator to cool.
In the meantime, beat the yolks and sugar. Whip the whites separately. Mix into this mixture the eggs, sugar, ricotta cheese, mascarpone, flour, vanillin, grated lemon peel and, lastly, the beaten egg whites.
Spread the cream over the base made up of biscuits; oven bake at 180-200°C for about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven. When it has cooled, adorn with tufts of whipped cream and whole strawberries.
