Grilled from fresh

As soon as they are harvested, the borettane onions are peeled, baked in the oven and grilled. It's at this final stage on the grill, when they're perfectly dry after being baked in the oven at 230°C, that our Grilled Borettane Onions take on their inviting striped appearance and typical grilled flavor.
