APPEARANCE BEFORE COOKING AND CONSISTENCY

Slightly rough, with an even color tending towards amber, regular in shape. Elastic and firm to the taste when cooked, remaining al dente even if cooked beyond the recommended time.

During and after cooking, the Caserecce pasta gives off all the delicious fragrance of quality durum wheat dried at very low temperatures.
