Fish club sandwich
A delicious, easy-to-prepare recipe that is perfect for a picnic or tasty snack

Method

Cut the crusts off the bread. Drizzle delicately with the Pure Olive Oil and lay the slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Toast lightly in the oven at 100°C for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, fry the bacon in a non-stick pan. Next, wash the tomatoes and cut into slices, then wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

Spread the cheese on the lightly toasted bread and then place the salad leaves and our White Tuna Filets in Olive Oil on top. Finish with the slices of tomato and the bacon and then place another slice of bread on top. Repeat the whole process again to create a double-decker sandwich.

Before serving, cut the sandwich into two halves. Take a cocktail stick long enough to go right through the sandwich and push it in, then place one of our Pitted Olives on the top of the stick. In order to take this simple dish to the next level, we recommend replacing the spreadable cheese with our Mayonnaise with Olive Oil and swapping out the crispy bacon for our Carli Artichoke Hearts.
