Radicchio in reduced vinegar sauce
Fratelli Carli Modena Balsamic Vinegar is the key to prepare this memorable appetizer with radicchio

METHOD

Finely cut the scallions.

Boil the scallions in a small pan for a few minutes with our vinegar and salt in order to reduce the sauce.

Remove from the flame and add our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fruttato (uncooked).

In the meatime, cut and slice the radicchio and place it on a very hot grill to soften it.

Place the radicchio on a plate and flavor it with the reduced vinegar sauce.
