  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 onion
  • Carli Pure Olive Oil
  • 1 jar of Carli Walnut Sauce
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Seeds of pomegranate
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dry white wine to taste
Roast with walnut sauce and pomegranate
Walnut sauce seasoning is just perfect for classic roast

METHOD

Clean and finely chop the vegetables. Sauté in a saucepan with Pure Olive Oil and herbs.

Then add the veal roast to the sautéd vegetables. Finish with wine. Cook for about two hours, adding hot water when required, and salt.

Before serving, slice the roast and garnish with Walnut Sauce and pomegranate seeds.
