Small pizzas with Sardines
Small pizzas are perfect not only to eat hot as an appetizer or aperitif but also as a rich and tasteful take-out meal.

How to prepare small pizzas with sardines

Prepare the dough by mixing flour, yeast, water, Delicato EVO, granulated sugar and salt.

Put the dough in a bowl, cover it with a food film and let it rise for half an hour in oven switched off, after preheating it at 40°C.

Once the dough has leavened, divide the dough into small loaves and roll them out in a baking tray. Let them rest for another 10 minutes.

Add the Tomate sauce with Basil, the Olives in brine, the Sardines in Olive Oil, some oregano and a little bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Bake in oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
