Start by peeling and cutting up the broccoli, then boil the florets in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain the broccoli and sauté it in the pan with a little Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, mixing occasionally until the broccoli is slightly roasted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the jar of Fratelli Carli Basil Tomato Sauce into another pan and cook for a few minutes over a medium heat, mixing occasionally.
Place the broccoli on a serving dish. Pour over the basil tomato sauce. Crumble the feta over the sauce and complete by drizzling a little basil infused oil over the dish and adding a few leaves of fresh basil for a fresh, aromatic finishing touch.
