Tortillas with Tuna and Basil Tomato Sauce
A delicious idea to share some quality time with friends and family.

Method

Use a mandoline to finely slice the white and red cabbage, the radishes and the red onion. Season the vegetables with a generous amount of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fruttato, salt and pepper, mixing well to spread the seasonings evenly. Thinly slice the avocado and squeeze a few drops of lime over the slices to stop them from discoloring. Meanwhile mix the White Tuna Fish in Olive Oil to the Fratelli Carli Basil Tomato Sauce.

Heat the tortillas in a hot pan until they are warm and soft. Fill the warm tortillas with the before mixed tomato sauce and the salad of cabbage, radishes, onion and avocado.

Place the filled tortillas on a serving dish and enjoy with friends, perhaps accompanied by a fresh tomato sauce or yogurt sauce.
