‘Bruschetta’ toasted bread with turkey and olive spread
A light summer lunch, matching turkey and Black Olive Spread

METHOD

In a frying pan, using Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato, cook the sliced turkey previously beaten or sliced finely. Cook the bacon in this manner, too, until it turns a golden brown.

Lightly toast a slice of bread and add the Olive Spread to one side. Then add the turkey and bacon.

Place another slice of bread on top of the turkey and bacon. Add lettuce and tomato. Then cover with another slice of bread with the Olive Spread on the lower side.

Use a toothpick to keep the bruschetta together. Cut into triangles.
