Method

Stuffed Eggs: Start by boiling the eggs for 10 minutes. Once they are cooked, leave them to cool, remove the shell and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and keep them for the filling. Sprinkle the peppers with some oil and grill them for about 15 min. Prepare two different fillings, using the red and yellow peppers, and adding the yolks, the mayo and the salt and pepper. Blitz the fillings and fill two piping bags with the red and yellow colors. Pipe the fillings into the half eggs and decorate with peppers and borettane onions.

Grilled Zucchini Rolls: Slice the zucchinis into thin strips and grill them on a hot grill for a few minutes. Once cool, spread them with the sundried tomato spread, roll up and serve.

Olive and Burrata Skewers: Compose the skewers by alternating the pitted olives with pieces of burrata. Complete with a spoonful of pesto sauce and drizzle with the basil-infused extra virgin olive oil.

Focaccia with Dips: Use the sundried tomato and taggiasca olive spreads as dips to accompany the savory biscuits.
