Grilled vegetables with olive spread
Black Olive Spread is just perfect to add taste to your vegetables

METHOD

Wash the vegetables. Slice the bell peppers (into broad 3-4 cm pieces), as well as the zucchini, eggplant and champignon mushrooms. Cut the radicchio and the shallot (cloves). Halve the tomatoes.

Cook the vegetables on a grill or on a cooking plate.

Mix a full spoonful of Black Olive Spread with a full spoonful of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato.

Place on a serving plate with the sauce prepared to one side.
