Pasta salad
Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the best seasosing for perfect pasta salad.

METHOD

Cook the peas and capsicums in boiling water for five minutes.

Wash, and cut the cherry tomatoes into sections.

Cook the pasta in boiling water. Drain it and leave it to cool.

In a container, add to the pasta an abundant quantity of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Tuna Filets, the cherry tomatoes and the basil leaves.

When serving, garnish with basil leaves.
