Cous cous with tuna fish and zucchini
A first course rich in flavor, also perfect as a main course
Method
To prepare cous cous with tuna fish and zucchini, first toast the cous cous in a nonstick pan with a drizzle of our Pure Olive Oil and a pinch of salt. It will only take a couple of minutes over medium heat, stirring often.
Add 5 fl oz of boiling water to the toasted cous cous, cover and let sit for a couple of minutes, until the grains swell.
In the meantime, cut the grilled zucchini and break the White Tuna Filets in Olive Oil with your hands.
Fluff up the cous cous by separating the grains with a fork and add the seasoning: gently mix the cous cous with tuna fish and zucchini, add a few leaves of fresh mint, a little pepper and a drizzle of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato.
