Vegan Mayo
A simple and very versatile homemade sauce
Method
The preparation of this vegan mayo, with rice or soy milk, is very simple and fast and allows enjoying a versatile sauce that can be used in a variety of dishes.
Pour the rice or soy milk in a blender, add our Olive Oil Tradizionale, mustard, salt and lemon juice (or vinegar, if your prefer).
Blend at full speed until achieving a creamy and velvety consistency for your vegan mayonnaise. If the mixture does not thicken as it should, add a few more drops of Carli Olive Oil, continuing to blend until the desired consistency is achieved.
This homemade Vegan mayo can be flavored with herbs, spices, capers or sun-dried tomatoes, depending on your personal taste.
